In response to the problem that the increase in electronic devices in new energy vehicles leads to a higher risk of low-voltage battery depletion, this paper proposes an emergency charging system scheme for automotive low-voltage batteries. This system is composed of a gateway controller, an intelligent remote communication terminal, a battery sensor, a body control module and a vehicle control unit. Each node communicates with the gateway through CAN/LIN bus. The solution can be implemented in conjunction with the intelligent charging strategy, which can effectively reduce the probability of complete discharge of the car battery, avoid permanent damage, and enhance the user's driving experience.
