The Application and Development of Intelligent Temperature Control Technology in Automotive Cooling Devices

Abstract

Intelligent temperature control technology achieves precise adjustment of the vehicle's heat dissipation device by integrating sensor networks, control algorithms and actuators. The article introduces the technical principle of intelligent temperature control technology and its applications in engine radiators, battery pack cooling systems, and motor heat dissipation devices. Test cases show that the intelligent temperature control system can improve the temperature control accuracy to ±1.5℃, shorten the system response time by 70%, and reduce the overall energy consumption by 18%.
