Performance Optimization and Material Selection of Shock Absorbers in Automotive Suspension Systems

Abstract

Under the trend of automotive electrification and intelligence, vehicles have higher requirements for dynamic performance and comfort. Shock absorbers, as the core of the suspension system, their performance affects multiple aspects such as vehicle body control. In response to the current widespread problems such as valve system response lag, material failure, and damping decline, this article focuses on the research of dynamic characteristic optimization and material compatibility of hydraulic shock absorbers. Through structural innovation design and the application of high-performance materials, a suspension system solution that combines high response speed and long service life is constructed.
