Abstract

With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, enterprises have increasingly diversified demands for professional talents. Talents are required not only to master testing technologies but also to possess comprehensive abilities such as practical operation, communication and collaboration. This paper analyzes the current status and problems of new energy vehicle testing technology teaching, and advances teaching reform from aspects including constructing a curriculum system integrating dimensions like personality-oriented education, school-enterprise cooperation and action-oriented fields, developing teaching standards aligned with industry requirements, and designing high-quality curriculum resources, so as to cultivate talents meeting industry needs. In the future, it is also necessary to keep pace with technological development to update teaching content.
