This paper presents a functional control system scheme for an electric spoiler. The system consists of an electric spoiler, a lifting mechanism, a motor, an electric spoiler control module, a host, a rear area controller, and a central processing unit. The host and the rear area controller communicate via CAN bus signals, while the rear area controller and the electric spoiler control module interact through LIN bus, with the rear area controller mainly responsible for signal forwarding. When the user clicks the electric spoiler on or off switch on the host, the host sends the corresponding CAN command signal to the rear area controller, which forwards the signal to the electric spoiler control module via the LIN bus. After receiving the control command, the electric spoiler control module drives the electric spoiler motor to perform actions, and at the same time, it real-time monitors the current status and Hall signal changes fed back by the motor. If the electric spoiler encounters an obstacle during the action process, the electric spoiler control module will judge whether to trigger the anti-pinch function according to the motor current and Hall signal, so as to avoid pinching accidents.
