Feasibility Analysis of PFC Compatible Design for 800V Platform Vehicle Charging System
The electric vehicle industry has entered a new stage of large-scale rapid development,and the problems such as lack of charging infrastructure and slow charging speed have become increasingly prominent.So,improving charging power and compatible charging facilities have become the main focus.Based on the Power Factor Correction(PFC)circuit of the three-phase vehicle charging system with 800V voltage plat form,the design and analysis of PFC are carried out to improve the slow-charge power and compatibility.With the charging mode and discharge mode are analyzed,and verifying with Prototype verification.Finally,the PFC circuit design scheme that satisfy needs of single-phase/three-phase high-power bidirectional conversion circuit,which provides a reference for the production design.
