The Application of Mechatronics Technology in the Drive System of New Energy Vehicles

Abstract

This article elaborates on the application of mechatronics technology in the drive system of new energy vehicles, with a focus on analyzing the design and optimization of the motor drive system, control system and mechanical integration. By highly integrating the motor, power electronics and mechanical transmission system, the energy efficiency of the drive system is improved,the vehicle weight is reduced,and the control accuracy of the system
 is increased. Studies show that the combination of permanent magnet synchronous motors and vector control strategies has obvious advantages in performance and energy efficiency,and the design of mechanical system integration also effectively enhances the compactness and reliability of the system.
