Abstract

The popularization of electric vehicles requires more efficient and intelligent charging technologies for support. However, the existing charging systems still have deficiencies in improving charging speed, protecting battery life, and adapting to the demands of the power grid. This article focuses on the integration of power electronic hardware and intelligent control, explores the application of SiC/GaN devices in high-frequency AC/DC converters, etc.,as well as the intelligent modulation strategies of LLC resonant topologies, etc. Meanwhile, the hardware implementation of the intelligent charging algorithm is studied, including technologies such as the adjustment of the switching frequency of wide bandgap devices, and the intelligent integration scheme of "vehicle-pile-cloud" collaboration is analyzed. Eventually, a multi-dimensional collaborative optimization path is constructed to break through the limitations of traditional ripple suppression, providing a standardized solution for the ultra-fast charging and energy storage scenarios of new energy vehicles, and promoting the efficient and intelligent development of charging technology.
