With the development of new energy vehicles，an increasing number of power batteries are facing retirement，while traditional manual disassembly methods for power batteries are inefficient and pose safety risks. With the advancement of technologies such as artificial intelligence，the intelligent disassembly of power batteries aligns with the principles of intelligent and green development. This paper elaborates on the overall design scheme of intelligent disassembly for power batteries，the design of key subsystems，and the software design of the disassembly system.
