Abstract

This article explores the root causes of range capability decline from the perspectives of power battery lifespan evolution mechanisms, electric drive system energy consumption characteristics, and vehicle thermal management mechanisms. Based on measured data, it proposes maintenance optimization solutions, including a battery state of health assessment model, thermal management system maintenance strategies, and electric control parameter calibration optimization strategies. These measures provide technical support for the after-sales maintenance system and enhance the operational efficiency of vehicles throughout their entire lifecycle.
