Research on Intelligent Adjustment Design of New Energy Vehicle Suspension System

Abstract

Due to the concentrated layout of the battery pack on the chassis, the body weight of the new energy vehicle increases and the center of mass moves upward. The traditional suspension is difficult to meet the requirements of driving stability, energy efficiency and passenger comfort, the integrated chassis space and intelligent technology characteristics bring opportunities for suspension system innovation. Therefore, this paper discusses the intelligent adjustment design of the suspension system of new energy vehicles, designs low-interference sensor networks and spatial adaptive adjustment modules, and completes typical working conditions verification and iterative optimization. This study aims to provide a technical implementation path reference for the dynamic performance upgrading of electric vehicles.
