Abstract
Aiming at the problems of complexity and high cost in the current energy efficiency evaluation methods for new energy vehicle drive motors, this study proposes a simplified evaluation framework. Based on "China Automotive Energy Efficiency Classification Test and Evaluation Procedure Part 1: Battery Electric Passenger Cars", the number of test points is reduced by about 30% by optimizing the selection rules of speed-torque points, and a linear interpolation algorithm is introduced to supplement efficiency data. A case study on a battery electric passenger car motor shows that the deviation of the high-efficiency area ratio calculated by the simplified method from the standard method is less than 5%, while the testing efficiency is improved by about 40%. This method provides an effective tool for rapid motor energy efficiency assessment and product optimization, which is in line with industry development needs.
