Research on Control Technology for New Energy Vehicle Motor Test Bench

Abstract

Addressing the issues of low efficiency in model change and complex program modification in multi-type motor testing on NI-based motor test benches, this paper investigates test bench control technology. This study elaborates on the dynamic parsing principle of DBC files based on NI-XNET, introduces a method for rapid switching of test recipes through flexible control, optimizes the motor speed regulation and loading control strategy, and effectively enhances the adaptability and testing efficiency of the test bench.
