Abstract

Against the backdrop of the intelligent development of automobiles and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV), the design and development of traditional automotive door and window controller projects face prominent pain points and challenges, including excessive resource investment, high development difficulty, long project cycle, and high maintenance costs. Focusing on the design of automotive door and window control edge nodes based on the Remote Control Protocol (RCP) and 10BASE-T1S automotive Ethernet standard, this paper analyzes the technical adaptability of relevant technologies. It elaborates the overall design scheme from the perspectives of hardware architecture, protocol application and function implementation, and verifies the advantages of the proposed edge nodes in architecture simplification, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and SDV technical support. This study provides a valuable technical reference for the optimization of automotive door and window control systems and the evolution of centralized vehicle architecture.
