摘要
随着汽车“新四化”(电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化)的发展,汽车试验开发技术正面临全新挑战。本文基于汽车试验开发的意义,从传统燃油车试验方法到新能源汽车试验技术的变革,系统分析汽车试验开发技术的发展路径,重点探讨三电系统(电池、电机、电控)试验和安全性试验等核心领域的技术要点。针对新能源汽车和智能驾驶技术带来的测试变革,本文提出应对策略。研究结果表明,虚拟仿真技术、智能测试装备和大数据平台的协同优化是试验技术发展的关键方向,试验开发体系的自动化、智能化和数字化将助力国内汽车行业在全球激烈竞争中取得领先地位。
Abstract
With the development of the "New Four Modernizations" (electricization, intelligence, networking, and sharing), automotive test development technology is facing new challenges. Based on the significance of automotive test development, this paper systematically analyzes the development path of automotive test development technology, focusing on the key technical points of core areas such as the test of the three core electric systems (battery, motor, and electronic control) and safety tests. In response to the test changes brought by new energy vehicles and intelligent driving technologies, this paper proposes countermeasures. The research results show that the collaborative optimization of virtual simulation technology, intelligent testing equipment, and big data platforms is the key direction for the development of test technology. The automation, intelligence, and digitalization of the test development system will help the domestic automotive industry gain a leading position in the fierce global competition.
