摘要

随着新能源汽车的普及,用户对动力电池快充以及安全性能的要求逐步提高。相较传统方形电池,大圆柱电池凭借结构优势逐渐成为电池竞争的主力军。文章以大圆柱PACK为研究对象,基于现有行业技术资料,分析 PACK 和热管理技术的发展现状、核心技术、主流企业技术特点及存在的问题。

Abstract

With the popularization of new energy vehicles, users' requirements for fast charging and safety performance of power batteries are gradually increasing. Compared with square batteries, large cylindrical batteries are gradually becoming the main force of battery competition with their structural advantages. This article takes the large cylindrical PACK as the research object and analyzes the current status, core technology, technical characteristics of mainstream enterprises and existing problems based on the existing industry technical data.
