摘要

针对汽车制造业多品种小批量生产需求,为解决多车型车灯尺寸差异导致的换线效率低与设备通用性差等问题,研发并设计基于D-H建模与真空吸附技术的自适应柔性夹具系统。通过三维曲面重构建立高精度模型,实现力自适应调节与快速换型。模块化设计使系统通用化率达70%,可快速适配多种前照灯装配。实际应用表明,该系统显著降低换型时间与成本,提升装配线的柔性化与智能化水平,为多车型混线生产提供有效解决方案。

Abstract

To meet the demand for multi-variant and small-batch production in the automotive manufacturing industry, this study addresses the challenges of low line change efficiency and poor equipment universality caused by dimensional differences in headlights across multiple vehicle models. A flexible fixture system based on D-H modeling and vacuum adsorption technology was developed. By reconstructing 3D surfaces to establish high-precision models, the system achieves force adaptive adjustment and rapid model switching. The modular design increases universality by 70%, enabling quick adaptation to various headlight assemblies. Practical applications demonstrate that the system significantly reduces changeover time and production costs, enhancing the flexibility and intelligence of assembly lines, thereby providing an effective solution for mixed-model production.
