文章通过对侧气帘系统组成及其工作原理进行分析,优化气体发生器选型和关键参数设计,采用流体-结构耦合仿真技术对充气过程开展模拟分析。验证优化设计方案的有效性,为提高侧气帘系统安全保护性能提供全新思路。
Abstract
This article analyzes the composition and working principle of the side air curtain system, optimizes the selection of gas generators and the design of key parameters, and conducts simulation analysis on the inflation process by using fluid-structure coupling simulation technology. Verify the effectiveness of the optimized design scheme and provide a brand-new idea for improving the safety protection performance of the side air curtain system.
