摘要

文章聚焦新能源汽车自适应巡航系统故障排除,以 2019 款比亚迪唐 EV 车型为对象,旨在为新能源汽车维修领域提供实用的故障排除方案。研究过程中,先剖析自适应巡航系统的工作原理,将故障原因归纳为传感器、控制、软件、执行机构及线路故障 5类。接着通过实际案例,对一辆自适应巡航功能失效的车辆进行故障诊断排除,为新能源汽车维修人员提供技术参考。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the fault diagnosis and elimination of the adaptive cruise control system in new energy vehicles, taking the 2019 BYD Tang EV model as the object, aiming to provide practical fault diagnosis and elimination solutions for the maintenance field of new energy vehicles. During the research process,the working principle of the adaptive cruise control system is analyzed first, and the fault causes are classified into five categories: sensor faults, control faults, software faults, actuator faults, and circuit faults. Then, through a practical case, the fault diagnosis and elimination of a vehicle with failed adaptive cruise control function are carried out, providing technical references for maintenance personnel of new energy vehicles.
