摘要

文章就驱动电机的材料选择、电磁设计优化与控制策略创新展开系统性探讨,分析高导磁合金与耐高温绝缘材料的应用潜力,研究多物理场耦合设计对电磁干扰的抑制机理,探索基于智能算法的动态效率优化路径,以期望构建覆盖设计、制造与运维全周期的性能提升体系,为新能源汽车动力系统的技术突破提供理论支撑与实践指导。

Abstract

This paper systematically explores material selection,electromagnetic design optimization,and control strategy innovation for drive motors. It analyzes the application potential of high-permeability alloys and high-temperature resistant insulating materials, studies the suppression mechanism of electromagnetic interference through multiphysics coupling design,and explores dynamic efficiency optimization paths based on intelligent algorithms. The aim is to build a performance improvement system covering the entire lifecycle from design,manufacturing,to operation and maintenance,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for technological breakthroughs in the power systems of new energy vehicles.
