摘要

随着全球能源结构转型与碳排放控制推进,电动汽车规模化普及对高功率动力电池与充电基础设施提出更高要求。然而,现有技术存在能量传输效率低、安全隐患大、协议适配性差等问题。文章旨在整合高功率动力电池与充电桩技术,提出系统集成优化策略。通过阐述电动汽车动力系统、高功率动力电池关键技术及充电桩系统的理论基础,从充电接口动态适配、动态功率协同控制、热管理耦合系统设计3方面展开整合设计,并构建分层防御的安全防护体系,利用可编程协议转换网关实现标准化充电协议融合,搭建全生命周期智能运维管理平台完善运行维护技术体系。研究成果有利于提升动力电池循环寿命,优化充电设施利用率,为电动汽车产业可持续发展提供理论参考。

Abstract

With the transformation of the global energy structure and the advancement of carbon emission control,the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles has put forward higher requirements for high-power power batteries and charging infrastructure. However, the existing technologies have problems such as low energy transmission efficiency,high security risks and poor protocol adaptability. The article aims to integrate high-power power battery and charging pile technologies and propose system integration optimization strategies. By elaborating the key technologies of the power system of electric vehicles, high-power power batteries and the theoretical basis of the charging pile system, the integrated design is carried out from three aspects: dynamic adaptation of the charging interface, dynamic power cooperative control, and the design of the thermal management coupling system. A hierarchical defense security protection system is constructed, and the integration of standardized charging protocols is realized by using the programmable protocol conversion gateway. Build a full life cycle intelligent operation and maintenance management platform and improve the operation and maintenance technical system. The research results are conducive to enhancing the cycle life of power batteries,optimizing the utilization rate of charging facilities,and providing theoretical references for the sustainable development of the electric vehicle industry.
