摘要

电动汽车高压系统漏电故障检测实际上就是对电动汽车高压绝缘性能检测。基于电磁效应的电动汽车故障在线监测系统选用高精度线性霍尔传感器对汽车高压线束漏电电流进行等效测量,同时采用设定阈值的方法作为漏电故障等级的判断条件,实现对电动汽车高压系统漏电的在线监测,最终为人车安全提供保障。

Abstract

The detection of leakage faults in the high-voltage system of electric vehicle is actually the testing of the high-voltage insulation performance of electric vehicle. The online monitoring system for electric vehicle faults based on electromagnetic effects uses high-precision Linear Hall Effect Sensor to equivalently measure the leakage current of the high-voltage wiring harness of electric vehicle. At the same time,the method of setting threshold values is used as the judgment condition for the level of leakage faults, achieving online electric vehicle of leakage in the high-voltage system of electric vehicle and ultimately providing guarantees for human and vehicle safety.
